3. Circumferential Road Three (C-3) Project

The C-3 will span approximately 18.055 kilometers. Phase I has a length of 10.651 kms. and Phase II has a total length of 7.404 kms (Phase II-A = 1.084 kms, Phase II-B = 4.5 kms., Phase II-C = 1.820 kms.) It will involve the construction of five bridges (Pugaan, Merila, Tominobo, Sta. Elena and Nonucan). It will be a two-lane, 6.70 meters wide paved highway with 3 meters shoulder and 30 meters road-right-of-way.

Phase I will begin at Mandulog Bridge I, Barangay Hinaplanon, and traverses Barangays Luinab, Del Carmen, Pala-o, Puga-an, Ubaldo Laya, Tubod and Tomas Cabili and ends at Macapagal Avenue (National Highway) fronting the NSC Compound. Phase II-A will start at the junction of the Iligan-Bukidnon Road at Barangay San Roque and ends at Mandulog Bridge I. Phase II-B will start at Scion Road at Barangay Tomas Cabili and traverses Barangay Suarez and will connect to old road going to Marawi City then down to national highway at Nonucan. Phase II-C begins after the proposed Suarez Bridge (Nonucan) and connects to old road to Marawi City then ascends to the present national highway to Marawi City at Barangay Ma. Cristina.

4. Iligan-Bukidnon Road

Iligan-Bukidnonn Road is a section of the proposed 397.85 km-Mindanao East-West Lateral Road, totaling a length of 185.27 kms. The road project section for Iligan City will traverse 5 barangays, namely : Sta. Filomena, San Roque, Bonbonon, Digkilaan and Rogongon.

5. Urban Roads Development Program

The project consists of 13 road segments totaling to about 2.0 kms. interconnecting the existing city streets through the opening/concreting of new city roads.

6. Farm-to-Market Roads

Improvement and rehabilitation of existing 22 farm to market roads totaling 144 kms. covering 13 barangays, namely : barangays Abuno, Bunawan, Buru-un, Dalipuga, Digkilaan, Ditucalan, Kabacsanan, Luinab, Mandulog, Puga-an, Rogongon, Sta. Elena and Tipanoy.

7. Rural Bridge Program

Construction/replacement of 7 bridges with a total length of 464 linear meters located at Barangays Mandulog, Digkilaan, Rogongon, Panoroganan, Kabacsanan, Mahayahay and Tambacan.

8. Construction of New Pala-o Public Market

The proposed new Pala-o Public Market is a three (3)-storey reinforced concrete structure with a total building area of 25,085 sq.m. It will be located at the existing public market at Pala-o which has a total land area of 9,734 sq.m. owned by the City Government of Iligan.

The ground floor (7,643 sq.m.) will house the wet and semi-wet section. A portion will be used as mechanical rooms (escalators, passenger and freight elevators), utility storage rooms and generator area. The second and third level (8,221 sq.m. each) will be for the dry goods section, cooked food section, administration office, day care center, games and recreation and others.

It has an open space of 2,091 sq.m. as parking space for approximately 136 vehicles. The remaining area will be for police outposts, loading and unloading zones, waiting sheds, pedestrian lanes and landscaping. The sewerage treatment plant will be constructed under the diagonal parking bays. 

The new public market will encase a total of 1,775 rentable stalls.

9. Drainage System Improvement (Phase II & III)

The widening of Baslayan Creek along Barangays San Miguel and Villaverde with 1,353.05 m in length and Pala-o Creek along Barangays Pala-o and Del Carmen with 1,140.00 m in length.

10. Expansion of GTLMH (City Hospital)

The project is a construction of a Main Building with floor area of 8,456.60 sq.m. and Maintenance Building with floor area of 1,419.00 sq.m. This will expand the bed capacity from 75 to 150.

11. Establishment of Government and Cultural Center

Construction of a government center to house all national government offices/ bureaus stationed in Iligan and construction of a cultural center. The Center will be located at Brgy. Del Carmen, Iligan City.
