GRANTING A BUSINESS PERMIT
Service Description: Pursuant to sections 68-70 of City Ordinance # 2193, series of a Mayor’s Business Permit is necessary for the business to legally operate.

CLIENT GROUP:Business Owners

SERVICE SCHEDULE:
     Monday to Friday ( 8am to 5pm)
     (Deadline: Jan 20 of every year)

 
TOTAL PROCESSING TIME:
     2 hours per application

 
TOTAL FEES:
     (to be determined by the City Treasurer’s Office)

 
REQUIREMENTS:

For New Business
   Single Proprietorship
     • DTI registration
     • Barangay clearance
     • Community certificate
 

   Partnership and Corporations
     • SEC registration and Articles of Incorporation
     • Barangay clearance
     •Community certificate

   Cooperative
     • Barangay clearance
     • Community certificate

 
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT (required in step 5 )
     • Health and Sanitary Certificate
     • Fire Safety Certificate
     • DTI registration
     • SSS clearance
     • BIR clearance
     • Philhealth clearances

PROCESS FOR AVAILING THE SERVICE:
FOLLOW THESE STEPS

   requirements specific to the type   
   of business applied for and fill- up/
   accomplish and submit to the Permits &
   License Division for evaluation. For  
   renewal, proceed to step 3.
