TESDA Region X together with the Picardal Institute of Science and Technology is now offering 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐫𝐜 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐂𝟏 Scholarship (PESFA) with 𝟐𝟓 𝐒𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐬 𝐀𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞.

If interested, these are the qualifications:

1. Must be High School Graduate or Grade 10 completer or ALS Graduate equivalent to High School Graduate and have not yet Enrolled in College or any TESDA Programs
2. At least 15 years Old
3. Must not be in an Ongoing TESDA Training.

If you're qualified and interested, please bring the following requirements:

1. Original Copy of Report Card/ Form 137
2. Certificate of Good Moral
3. 3 copies of Birth Certificate (PSA photocopy)
4. 4 pcs. 1x1 ID picture (STUDIO)
5. 6 pcs. Passport size ID picture (with collar and white background STUDIO)
6. 1 long folder
7. 1 long brown envelope
8. Certificate of Indigency
